Lisa Burnett has a strong background in dance and movement and is trained in barre, Pilates and yoga. She began taking classes in barre in 2010. Falling in love with the immediate results she discovered in her own body, she became a dedicated practitioner. Lisa began her instructor journey for barre studying and teaching at Rhinebeck Body Barre, with certified barre instructor Michelle Racine. Lisa also studied yoga and received her 200 hour yoga certification in 2012 from Sadhana Yoga in Hudson, NY where she studied under the tutelage of Sondra Loring and Raghunath. Lisa went on to pursue Pilates training with Siobhan Roberts at Core Bodies. She continues to deepen her understanding of different body modalities offering classes that are encouraging, challenging and fun. Lisa is thrilled to be a part of the Core Bodies team of inspirational and caring teachers.
