Barre

Barre: Full body workout using ballet barre and dance foundation movements, concentrating on areas women struggle with most;: thighs, hips, seat, abdominals and arms. Isometric movements using your own body for balance and coordination. Each strength section is followed by a stretching section in order to create long, lean muscles without bulk.  Working with small weights and balls. Can be booked as a private or duet. Burn calories, improve stamina, tone, sculpt and lift your booty.

Class Fee: same rates as Pilates and GYROTONIC®-or in an open level group class for $20.
