The Body Barre technique was created by late German Dancer Lotte Berk in which the focus was to create the elongated, slender body of a dancer for someone with no dance experience.

The Barre Workout uses a series of deep muscle isolation movements that are intended to really get in and fatigue the muscle. After which, the specific muscle group is then stretched out in order to create that perfect “toned” physique.

This method helps regain a youthful posture and is specifically designed to align your knees, neck and back. Anyone can do it regardless of shape or size and the results happen radically, so be prepared to be pleasantly surprised.

We offer Barre classes 6 days per week.


We offer Classical and Progressive Pilates mat classes, Reformer, and Tower classes to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and posture. Pilates is an exercise system which focuses on the core. It strengthens the abdominal muscles while protecting the back, aiding in spinal health and injury protection. Pilates improves alignment, balances muscles and improves posture. The exercises lengthen muscles as they are strengthened resulting in long, lean, strong, flexible muscles. Pilates develops the body uniformly, corrects wrong postures, restores physical vitality, invigorates the mind, and elevates the spirit.


Gyrotonic + Gyrokinesis

The GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® was conceived by Juliu Horvath and it offers similar benefits also derived from gymnastics, swimming, ballet, and yoga which mobilize and articulate the joints through a series of circular type movements. The exercises are performed on specialized equipment, designed to allow maximum freedom of movement. It’s a workout that incorporates several parts of the body moving simultaneously with rotating movement patterns. The result will be a greater awareness of your movement as flexibility, strength and coordination are increased. These exercises are synchronized with breathing patterns, thus enhancing aerobic and cardiovascular stimulation and promoting neuro-muscular rejuvenation.
